The HR Manager would be based in Iringa and would be responsible for all human capital management functions for the Tanzania operations.
The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years professional HR experience
- a relevant University degree is essential
- sound knowledge of HR policies, processes and initiatives
- knowledge of Tanzanian labour laws and practices
- relevant experience in managing recruitment.
