The New Forests Company is a vertically integrated agro-industrial business planting trees on sustainable commercial plantations for processing and selling of value added timber products to local and regional markets.

 The HR Manager would be based in Iringa and would be responsible for all human capital management functions for the Tanzania operations.

 The successful candidate will meet the following requirements: 

  • Minimum of 2 years professional HR experience 
  • a relevant University degree is essential 
  • sound knowledge of HR policies, processes and initiatives 
  • knowledge of Tanzanian labour laws and practices 
  • relevant experience in managing recruitment.
