Water Supply and Sewerage Authority is one of the competitively best
Authorities in the Tanzanian water sector, supplying clean and safe water and
efficient sewerage services in theTabora Municipal. The Authority is
seeking for qualifying candidate for the post here under.
Qualification
Holder of
Diploma in Business Administration (Marketing/Sales) or FTC in Water Resources
Engineering with customer care and computer operation skills
Not less than
three years experience in related field/works.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Makes timely
follow up of customer complaints regarding water meters and ensures that proper
and timely remedial actions are taken.
Develops and
implements proper meter reading procedures in the Authority.
Ensure that
accurate bills are timely distributed to the right customers.
